Amo Audio – Terms & Conditions

1. Artist Production Package

The Artist Production Package is delivered in stages:

Pre-Production → Production Demo → Recording/Editing → Mixing/Mastering & Feedback → Sign Off & Deliverables

Payment Structure

• Payment is staged.
• Instalments are due before the next stage begins.
• Work will not progress until the relevant instalment has been paid in full.
• Deposits are non-refundable except where Amo Audio cannot complete the project.

Revisions & Scope

• Revisions are included within the agreed creative direction.
• Requests that materially change direction or scope may be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

2. Mixing & Mastering (Standalone Projects)

Payment

• Payment is required in full upfront, or split between an agreed upfront amount and final balance before delivery.
• Work will not commence until the upfront payment has been received.

Revisions

• A defined number of revisions are included per project.
• Additional revisions may be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Delivery

• Delivery must follow the Mix Prep and File Delivery guidelines.

3. Recording & Editing Sessions

• Sessions must be booked in advance.
• A deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Session fees must be paid in full before files are delivered.

4. Consultations & Tutorials

• Charged at the agreed hourly or per-session rate.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. File Delivery

• Files are delivered digitally via approved platforms.
• The Client is responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.

6. Rights & Credits

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the final Master(s), except where publishing or royalty splits have been agreed in writing.
• Amo Audio retains the right to showcase completed work after release.
• If a project is cancelled before completion, Amo Audio retains the right to re-use its sole creative contributions.
• The Client agrees to provide reasonable credit where applicable.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The Client warrants that all materials supplied are owned or cleared for use.
• The Client must provide accurate files and timely feedback.
• Third-party costs are the responsibility of the Client unless agreed otherwise.

8. Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable except where Amo Audio cannot complete the project.
• Final files will not be released until payment has been received in full.
• Late payments may delay delivery.

9. Cancellation

• Fees relating to completed work are non-refundable.
• Unfinished Deliverables will not be released.
• Amo Audio retains rights to sole creative contributions if cancelled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
