Amo Audio – Terms & Conditions
1. Full Production Package
The Full Production Package is delivered in stages: Pre-Production → Production Demo → Recording/Editing → Mixing/Mastering & Feedback → Sign Off & Deliverables.
Payment is staged as follows:
£100 non-refundable deposit payable at booking (covers Pre-Production).
£350 due before the Production Demo stage begins.
£350 due before the Recording/Editing stage begins.
£350 due before the Mixing/Mastering & Feedback stage begins.
£350 due before the Sign-Off & Deliverables stage begins.
Work will not progress to the next stage until the relevant instalment has been paid in full.
If Amo Audio cannot complete the project for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed creative direction, provided feedback follows the Revision Guide format. Requests that constitute a change in creative direction or scope may be treated as out-of-scope and subject to additional fees.
2. Mixing & Mastering (Standalone Projects)
Payment for standalone Mixing & Mastering projects is required in full upfront, or 50% upfront with the remaining 50% due before delivery, as agreed in writing. Work will not commence until the upfront payment has been received.
Projects include up to 5 revisions.
Additional revisions are charged at £30 per version sent.
Delivery follows the Mix Prep & Stem Delivery and Mastering Delivery guides.
3. Recording & Editing Sessions
Sessions must be booked in advance.
A £60 non-refundable deposit is payable at booking (credited towards the first 2 hours).
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are forfeited if notice is not given.
Session fees must be paid in full before delivery of files.
4. Consultations & Tutorials
One-to-one sessions are charged at the agreed hourly/session rate.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
5. File Delivery
Files are delivered digitally via Dropbox or Disco.
The Client is responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.
6. Rights & Credits
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final Master(s), except where publishing or royalty splits have been agreed in writing.
Amo Audio retains rights to:
Showcase the work (clips, credits, portfolio, reels, website) after release by the Artist.
Re-use any sole creative contributions (e.g. topline, lyrics, melodies, production ideas) if the project is cancelled prior to completion.
The Client must provide credit in all releases and promotions, e.g. “Produced/Mixed/Mastered by Lewis Amoroso / Amo Audio.”
Credits must be included in metadata, liner notes, and any reasonable promotional materials where production credits are listed.
Amo Audio waives any right to block exploitation of the Master(s) but reserves the right to be credited fairly.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client warrants that all material provided (audio, samples, lyrics) is owned or cleared for use.
The Client must provide accurate files, correct project information (title, BPM, key), and timely feedback.
The Client is responsible for third-party costs (session players, studio hire, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
Any editing or integration of third-party recordings requested by the Client is outside the standard scope of services and may be charged at Amo Audio’s standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Payments
All deposits are non-refundable, except if Amo Audio cannot complete the project.
All invoices must be paid in full before final files are delivered.
Late or missed payments may delay delivery.
9. Warranties & Indemnities
Amo Audio warrants that services will be carried out to the best of its professional ability.
Both parties indemnify each other against proven third-party claims arising from material they supplied.
10. Cancellation
If the Client cancels a project, fees paid for completed stages are non-refundable.
Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged at the agreed rate.
If cancelled, Amo Audio retains rights to re-use its sole creative contributions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
