Amo Audio T&C’s

Mixing

Payments must be completed before starting the project at least in half of the total project price.
Extra stems added to the track after the mixing process has started will cost the hourly rate of £30. This usually takes 10-15 minutes per stem.
The £120 set mix price includes 5 versions to be sent over and thereafter will be charged the hourly rate of £30.
Revisions will be accepted by the person contracting directly with Amo Audio and not other parties.
The client agrees to sign off or provide feedback within one week from the date that Amo Audio sends the version. After 1 month and in the absence of any sign-off or feedback from the client, the contract will be terminated.

Mastering

Payments must be completed before starting the project.
Any tweaks to the previous mix of the track that was sent to Master will cost £20 to re-master (half the original master price of £40).
The client agrees to sign off or provide feedback within one week from the date that Amo Audio sends the version. After 1 month and in the absence of any sign-off or feedback from the client, the contract will be terminated.

Production & Songwriting

Payments must be completed before starting the project or a deposit of £200 can be taken to go towards the final costs.
There is a free pre-production session of 1 hour to set project expectations and direction.
Once the direction of the project is agreed upon in terms of production and songwriting, a further agreement will need to be made between the client and Amo Audio with regard to the royalty percentage for each party (if applicable).
This Production & Songwriting cost includes 10 hours of session time either in the studio or remotely and any additional time will be logged and charged to the client with notice of this charge.
Any added instrumentation that I do not play can be arranged at the cheapest price possible and will be charged separately. Any third party who records takes that need additional editing will have the editing charge paid by the client.
Any revisions beyond the agreed terms of production and songwriting, as above, are priced at £30 per hour.
The client agrees to sign off or provide feedback within one week from the date that Amo Audio sends the version. After 1 month and in the absence of any sign-off or feedback from the client, the contract will be terminated.

Recording & Editing

A deposit of £60 will be taken upon booking and will be used towards the session cost. This is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the session. The session starts at the agreed time and therefore will be charged from that time.
If there has been a set price agreed, any re-records and re-editing will be charged at the hourly rate of £30.
Any recordings which were not recorded by me will have an editing charge if required.

Stems & Edits

1-to-1 Tutorials

A deposit of £30 will be taken upon booking and will be used towards the session cost.
Clients should bear in mind that the agreed start time for the session is when you begin paying for Amo Audio's services.
